After spending about 14 hours programming last night, I think the first revision for this port is finally done. As far as I know, all of the new hero/item content is in and works fine for both humans and AI (yes, AI Visage and Drow and PA get their new abilities and they work). New item recipes work as expected, and AI has been modified to get the proper items in order to build them (Eul's, Guinsoo's, Battle Fury).

Fun tavern is still in, though it looks different. Deal with it. Currently contains Old Invoker, Old Lifestealer, Old Silencer, and Gambler. Maybe adding more later, they actually don't increase map size as much as everybody thinks they do (except for Gambler, since he has his own special buttons that I needed to add).

Assists work, singledraft works, -clear and -courier work, new creep camps work, bottles work, Invoker works...things work. Most of them, anyway.

Things that DON'T work:
-ah (why would you be hacking on an AI map anyway?)
-apm
-afk
-kickafk
-swapall (will do this one later, I don't feel like it right now)

Some bugs that were addressed with Last Word going off on various spells have not been addressed yet as of this revision. I'll do it later.

New Impale code works fine, but I haven't addressed the issues with new Impale + Omnislash/Voodoo Restoration. Also to be done later.

Eclipse still ministuns. I'll address that later. It does properly level up with Lucent Beam now though.

I haven't disabled -unstuck, since I find it to be useful.

I've changed the hero selection code a bit so (in theory) the AI should never pick Lanaya, Nai'x, or Kael. You can, of course, force the AI to pick these heroes but they won't do anything and will probably be easy to kill. Except for Lanaya, who will probably kill your game. Note that this is only for modes in which the computer picks, so using -ar or -tr may still cause them to pick these heroes.

Post bug reports here. I probably won't be doing anything on this map for at least another two weeks after my programming splurge, so hopefully this should be good enough for a while. Unless somebody finds something COMPLETELY gamebreaking...in which case then I might do something about it sooner.

Will fix aforementioned bugs in Revision 2, along with whatever you guys report. Might add Old Morphling to Fun Tavern, or whoever else people might want to see. But not all the old heroes, that's ridiculous and will take more time than I have ever. =P

THERE IS NO AI FOR LIFESTEALER AND INVOKER. THEY WILL GET BASIC ITEMS AND WILL NEITHER USE NOR LEARN THEIR SKILLS.

-Sand King doesn't use Epicenter
-Luna doesn't level up Lucent Beam, so Eclipse is very weak
-Lanaya crashes the game

New Dota-Allstars Game Commands You Should Know

Input Game CommandMaybe you already noticed that since 6.50, there's some new commands available. For those still confuse with the new commands, this post will help you to learn it. Some of it is very popular and interesting. The most noticeable are -ah (anti hack), -afk and -kickafk (kick idle player), -invokelist (Invoker skill list), -sd (Single Draft) and some more. This post will give you some information about those new game mode.

Here we go, let's start with:

-singledraft / -sd --> Single Draft

Each player is presented with three random heroes, one agility, one strength, and one intelligence. After use this command, you must continue with these commands:

-pick 1 --> Agility Hero
Pick the first presented hero.

-pick 2 --> Strenght Hero
Pick the second presented hero.

-pick 3 --> Intelligence Hero
Pick the third presented hero.

Incompatible with: Mirror Match, Death Match, All Agility, All Intelligence, All Strength, Same Hero, Reverse Mode.

-afk --> AFK Info

Displays how long each player is inactive.

-kickafk # --> Kick AFK players

Kicks players that have been inactive for more than 10 minutes. Replace # with the number of idle player.

-apm --> Actions Per Minute

Displays your APM.

-courier --> Courier icon

Toggles displaying idle worker courier icon.

-clear --> Clear screen

Clears all game text messages from the screen.

-invokelist --> List Invoker's spells

Displays list of Invoker's spells.

-swapall --> Swap All

Sends swap requests to all your allies. Also disables -swapcancel.

-ah --> Anti-MapHack

* First available player may enter these commands, checking the player list from the top.
* Must be entered separately, between 15 and 60 seconds of game time.

Enables maphack protection. Highly experimental, report bugs directly to IceFrog@gmail.com. After using this command, you have to choose one of the two supported modes using -mode1 or -mode2 commands.

-mode1 --> Basic Mode

This is a basic version that only operates on minimap. Use only if you have a problem with -mode2.

-mode2 --> Recommended Mode

This covers more areas and is the recommended version.

Dota-Allstars 6.51 AI Map Free Download

dota allstars 6.50b loading screen Images Dota-Allstars 6.51 AI DAII v1.2, Free Download. These map is AI maps i found for 6.51. You can try it yourself. Because the really fast DotA map update from IceFrog, it's hard to find decent AI. So, currently the available AI is injected DotA DAII v1.2 AI for 6.51. If i find another better map, i will post it immediately, don't worry! :)

Comments:
Just like the other DAII map. Use it only to test new Heroes or Items. Not much comment for this map.

Warning! Don't expect too much, because those maps is launched very shortly after 6.51 is released. Use it only to testing some new features, like assist point and Mortred new skill.

Kellen Dagger of Initiator?

So, IceFrog really did want to change the name to Kellen's Dagger of Initiator :D The blink range is quite far now. It's as twice of the average range hero (600).
* Increased cast range of Kelen's Dagger
Cast Range increased from 1000 -> 1200.

Bottle

Uh, i really need this. Because without it, the courier cannot refill the bottle (only the upgraded Crow can).
* Undid previous Bottle changes. Bottle now works as follows: Costs 600 gold, does not require mana to refill, auto-fills it when you are near fountain, rune refills it to full, resells at 50% like normal, purchasable at base only, regenerates less than previously, has no usage cooldown.
Currently bottle refills 135 health and 70 mana per usage. And it is no longer in secret shops (Its slot is filled with dagger). Since you no longer needs mana to refill it, the good point is that you can have a courier fetch it

Sange Yasha

As i thought, the 6.50 buff on this items is a bit too much. The buff to the component items also great.
* Improved Sange's percentage and Yasha's percentage, and lowered the recent buff on S&Y a little
Sange: +16 Str, +7 dmg, 7% chance to Maim
Yasha: +16 Agi, +7% attack speed, +7% movement speed
Sange & Yasha: +16 Str, +16 Agi, +14 dmg, +14% AS, +14% MS, 14% chance to Maim

BattleFury

Wow, now Battlefury is cheaper than before. The changing from Mithril Hammer to Broadsword save you a bunch of gold :)
* Changed Battlefury recipe slightly
Battlefury now requires Perseverance + Broadsword + Claymore.

* Replaced Phantom Assassin's Shadow Strike with a different similar ability (132694)
Level 1: Single target 20% for 2 seconds. 40 Pure Damage(Half damage to heroes).

Dota Assist Score

As you can see from the picture above, there's additional point after kills and Deaths. That's the assist point. From my personal point of view and some hints from the changelogs, there's some factors to get the assist point. That is your distance from the killed hero and the time you were there.

The new skills is great. Compared to the old skills (Shadow Strike), this skill will help you more to get a kill. Mortred also can easily use it because of the low mana cost. The low cooldown and slow given combined with Blink Strike is the perfect combination to make a kill.

Look at dagger! It is great isn't it? What makes it more neat to use is the slow effect after the dagger hit it.

Stiffling Dagger

The slow is just like the Butcher (Pudge) but in a single target. It will help you chase, because the cooldown is relatively low and the very cheap mana cost. Great buff for Phantom Assassin.

Official Dota-Allstars 6.51 Map Free Dowloads

But the changelogs is already 6.51. Hence, i also manage to get the official links as well. So here we go! There is several changes in 6.51 and maybe some of them already i said from the Beta Map. The most noticeable are the assist point score and new skills on Mortred the Phantom Assassin. You can see more details on 6.51 Changelogs. The download link is at the end of the post. You can see the new things on 6.51 screenshot.

Dota-Allstars 6.51 Beta 3 & RC 2 Map Leaked! Free Download

Those who always whining about Mortred the Phantom Assassin wil be delightfull with this version. IceFrog decided to remake her. He gave her some new skills and buff.

IceFrog also fix the lag problem with Invoker. And the Blink Dagger get buffed also. The blink range increased from 1000 to 1300. A new score is added. When you help your team to kill some heroes, you will got "assist" point (for example: 21 kills, 10 assists, 121 denies). And there are a lot more bug fix and changes. Read the changelogs for details. The download link is at the end of the post. As usual, if you kicked automatically from the beta map, you must use nick "IceFrog" or the other beta tester nick name to play. Oh yeah, in this post i will also give you the detail change list from 6.51 Beta 1-3 and Release Candidates 1-2.

Old, old story:
A master of the arcane arts, Kael has chosen the side of the Scourge. His gameplay is very unique and advanced. The single spell he can cast varies with what minor reagents he has active.
Hero info:
Inteligence hero, everyone's old favourite in DotA, who had only recently made his comeback. He can combine his minor spells to more powerful ones, such are all time favourites: Chaos Meteor, Ice Wall and EMP Bomb.

Lina Inverse the Slayer

Current story:
Lina Inverse is a powerful sorceress who is famous for killing bandits (to take their loot) and slaying dragons (accidentally destroying the occasional city in the process). She is quite adept at shooting fireballs at her enemies, and has also mastered more powerful spells like the Dragon Slave and the Laguna Blade. Concerned primarily with acquiring gold and powerful weapons, Lina fights for the Sentinel in exchange for a promised reward should she help destroy the Frozen Throne.

Hero info:
Intelligence Hero, Lina Inverse combines raw nuking capabilities with backup battlemage poweress in a single package for rather fearful results. Based off of an anime known as 'Slayers'.

Note: It is heavily recommended that the story continue along the same general path that it is now. In other words, please aim to keep the current focus with your submissions.

Curent Story:
Balanar was one of the elite Dreadlords before the Burning Legion fell. Now with the Burning Legion gone, he lives his life attacking villages and ambushing his most hated enemy - the Night Elves. He draws upon his power from the moon, thus he is much stronger at night. Balanar can also use his control over time to change the time to night that further strengthens his power. His presence inspires fear into the heart of many.

Hero info:
Strength Hero, very strong at night, but loses his power during the day. His ultimate enables him to summon nightfall, and excels at ganking and killing.

Current story:
There once was a man in Lordaeron so consumed by greed that he was beyond remorse. Eventually caught trying to steal Prince Arthas' sacred ring, he was tried and hanged. Yet his body, so corrupted by his desire to steal, had risen by itself in the form of a monstrous ghoul. So came into being N'aix, his old name long forgotten: the embodiment of lust and greed, bent on stealing the life of every living creature he encounters.

Hero info:
Strength Hero, N'aix's focus lies with stealing life and consuming his enemies a little at a time with each attack. Remade from his previous incarnation, he can gain both attack speed and magic immunity together (although in short bursts), but his most notable ability would be to infest non-hero units and travel along with them, only to burst out at his own discretion.

Current story:
The Naga princess was named after the legendary gorgon who turned her foes into stone. Though she hasn't developed a stoney glare, her combat skills will freeze even the strongest of fighters in submission. Her years of archery has allowed her to fire multiple arrows with keen accuracy. Manipulation of magic grants her a shield of mana to absorb physical impact. Channeling electrons within the air, she can ignite an electric spark that will jump from foe to foe. Her legendary name is well earned.

Hero info:
Agility Hero, Medusa is a versatile hero with the ability to adapt to many different roles. Most of her survivability comes from using her Mana Shield to use her mana to absorb half the damage she takes, and to follow suit, her other arrow/lightning abilities drain as little from her total mana pool as possible.

Demnok Lannik the Warlock

Current story:
Formally the chieftain of the broken Blacksun clan that fell under Mannoroth's control in days long past, Lannik has joined the Scourge in hopes of repaying his debt to the Lich King Ner'zhul, whose own Shadowmoon Clan was allied with the Blacksun many years ago. A master of demons and destructive spellwork, this warlock delights in tormenting creatures of the Light, extinguishing them like candles until none are left alive.

Hero info:
Intelligence Hero, the Warlock contains a mix of varying supportive, pushing and lane control capabilities to use at his disposal. Most notable of his abilities would be either healing or damaging a target significantly over time as well hurling Infernals down upon his opponents at will.

Current story:
Crixalis was a normal scorpion in Kalimdor's deserts. For unknown reasons, he evolved much faster than his brothers, growing extremely large. Because he was still susceptible to the Lich King's mind control, he was summoned and is now guarding the Frozen Throne. While much larger, Crixalis still possesses his scorpian abilities, such as the power to burrow into the ground and resurface elsewhere, impaling all in his wake. His tail contains a violent venom, which causes his enemies to explode. Scouts have discovered that he can create large tremors in the ground, killing anyone distracted enough to get near him.

Current story:
Once a member of a secluded troll tribe before a hostile scourge takeover, Dazzle was highly revered as a master of the supporting magics. However, upon making a pact with Kel-Thuzad to save his very life, he slowly became corrupt. Noted for being able to crush the defensive abilities of his opponents while allowing his allies to last longer in battle, he is not one to take lightly on the battlefield. Rumors abound that he can bring once-dead allies back to life, so they can march again to defend the honor of the Frozen Throne.

Hero info:
Intelligence Hero, Dazzle is a multi function support hero adept in healing, disabling, weakening and strengthening both allies and enemies alike. His most renowned ability, however, is the ability to make an ally's death not only damage the killer, but also to make the penalties of dying nearly negligible, allowing those with shallow graves to rise again in almost no time and with no gold lost at all.

Dota-Allstars 6.50 Bugs on Kael the Invoker

dota allstars 6.48b AIplus Bug Dota-Allstars 6.50 Bug on Kael the Invoker. Ah, finally i found it! After some searching and googling, i found this video. This video must be a good reason for Icefrog to released the 6.50b only a day after 6.50 hit the public.


The Summary of the Video

When you swapped Invoker with the other hero in the beginning of the game, Invoker will got 6 active skills (some say it is 5) on him since level 1. Therefore, in the video you can see Invoker use Chaos Meteor, Deafening Blast and Tornado one after another without any delay or troubles. Wow!

Honestly, i haven't try this by myself. I just see the video a moment ago and currently far away from Dota. But, after i read all the comments in that video and some comments from the other site, i think the bugs is true. I hope someone who read this post will give confirmation regarding this bug. At least until i proved it by myself. Cheers..! :)

Kelen's Dagger of Escape

Changed how Blink Dagger works. It cannot be activated if you took damage in the last 3 seconds.
WHAT??! You should change the item's name IceFrog! Kelen's Dagger of (no) Escape. We can't use this anymore for escaping. Oh sorry, we still can use this for escaping if in the 3 time duration we are still alive and there's no another attack. Bad news for hero with no escape mechanism. But this nerf will make Lothar Edge more attractive to buy. With 2150 gold, IMO, we should think more than twice to buy this item.

Eul's Scepter of Divinity

Now Euls is infinite and give you +20 movement speed. But Icefrog reduce the cyclone duration into 2.5 seconds and increase the recipe to 800.

Traxex the Drow Ranger
Ah, her Ulti is changed. Gaining some Agi from her ulti is not bad, but IceFrog also reduce her Agility gain per level by 1! That's mean if you reach level 25, the total natural Agility you gain is now less 25 than before. If you add the the agility gain from her Ulti maybe it's payoff. Overall, it's just like remove the old Markmanship on her.

Visage the Necro'lic
Some skills is remade completely. The most noticeable is his second skills. Units dies near Vissage will give him 4 HP and additional 6 damage for 30 seconds. With 16 max units on level 4, that's mean Vissage will gain 96 damage if there's some massacre and 16 units dies near him. Another worth skill changes is the new Gravekeeper Cloack. 25% damage received will be reflected and heal allies within 800 AoE, make Vissage an AoE counter?

Alchemist
With so many buff on Alchemist, i think IceFrog is encourage people to use him again.

Neutral Creeps Major Change on Dota-Allstars 6.50 & 6.50b

Neutral Creeps Major Change on 6.50 & 6.50b. There's some major changes on Neutrals since 6.50. The most noticeable and can change the game is the Scourge Neutral Creeps layout.

* Change some of the Scourge's top left forest area
* Reworked the trees/pathing near the small sentinel creep camp

The new layout will remove the scourge disadvantage when jungling. Now jungling is easier at the scourge. You can see the new location at the some neutral creeps screenshot below.

Wow, 6 new groups of Neutrals. Chen will definitely smile in the agony!

Ghost

* Added a new creep camp group (1 Ghost with Frost Attack + 2 Fel Beasts)

Alpha Wolf

* Added an Alpha Wolf in the wolves creep camp with a command aura

ungle Stalkers

* Added a new ancient creep camp group (Jungle Stalkers)

Enraged Wildken

* Added a new creep camp group (1 Enraged Wildken with Tornado + 2 Wildkins)

Dark Troll Warlord

* Added a new creep camp group (1 Dark Troll Warlord with Raise Dead and 1.5 sec Ensnare + 2 Dark Trolls)
Watch he minimap and the location of this creeps. This is one of major change on the layout.

Mud Golem

* Reduced model size and changed the look of the non-ancient Golems (now it is Mud Golem)
Another new location for Neutrals.

There is also some change in the Neutrals Skills.

* Changed the Furbolg's Stomp to a Clap
* Increased Neutral Centaur's aura by 5%
* Improved Satyr Hellcaller's Unholy Aura
* Neutral Ogre no longer autocast Frost Armor

The rest is just some optimization.

Warning! Don't expect too much, because those maps is launched very shortly after 6.50 is released. That's mean very possible the map is not as good as RGB official AIplus map. But, since those maps currently the only available AI for 6.50, i guess there's no other choice to give it a shot ^-^"

Kael The Invoker Skills/ Spells Guide and Walktrough on 6.50 - 6.50b Dota-Allstars Map. This is the compiled guide about Invoker skills/spells, skills build and items build. By typing "-invokelist" in game you can see an overview of his skills.

Kael the Invoker Images

You can have 3 total orbs out at at time.Unlike any other hero in DOTA, these skills can be maxed to a level of 7. That means that Quas can give you a maximum of 15.75 +hp regen per tick, Exort can give you 21% IMS and +42% IAS, and Exort can give you a max of +63 damage.

Switching between orbs is instant cast and mana cost free, without cooldown, so feel free to mix it up by throwing on x3 Quas when your HP is low, for instance, and Wex/Exort when fighting. And unlike other heroes, Invoker gets his "ult" at level 5, although his "ult" really is only the ability to cast spells.

Orb Bonuses:
=========

Each orb gives a special bonus when it is on active. They all scale linearly. You can have 3 orbs on you at any given point, and there are 7 levels, so 7*3=21 maximum level of power on any specific orb.

Kael skill Quas Images
Quas - 0.75 hp bonus regen per level per instance. With 3 instances of level 7 Quas you will have 15.75 hp regeneration with no additional items.

Kael skill Wex Images
Wex - 2% AS and 1% MS per level per instance. With 3 instances of level 7 Wex you will have 21% more movement speed and 42% attack speed.

Exort - 3 damage per level per instance. With 3 instances of level 7 Exort you will have +63 damage.

Orb Combinations:
============
There are 10 combinations total. Order is not a consideration. So if you have 2 exort and 1 quas, thats all that matters, not which came first. It is more intuitive and usable than before. The abilities are based on which properties form them.

The 10 combinations are:
QQQ, QQE, WWQ, QQW, EEE, EEQ, EEW, WWW, WWE, QWE.

Invoke:
======
As previously stated, this has 4 levels.. There is a new mechanic here that didn't exist before. Its dual invokes. This is allowed on higher levels of Invoke.

Level 1: 30 CD, 20 Manacost
Level 2: 30 CD, 40 Manacost, 2 Invokes
Level 3: 15 CD, 60 Manacost, 2 Invokes
Level 4: 5 CD, 80 Manacost, 2 Invokes

EEW - Chaos Meteor:
-------------------------

EEW - Chaos Meteor

This is mainly fire and aoe. It travels long distance based on Wex and damages based on Exort. Deals 80/110/140/170/200/230/260 damage per second in a 300 moving area. Damage is done in 0.5 intervals, it does not damage over time on the burnt ground, only on the meteor itself as it is moving. Distance goes from 500 up to 1550. Units that get hit by this have a damage over time fire on them. The damage over time is 1/5 of what the regual damage is, and lasts 2 seconds.

Great damaging AoE spells. With proper placed spells (maybe you can combine with Ice Wall/Deafening Blast), this skill give huge damages.

WWE - EMP:
---------------

WWE - EMP

Deals damage from 120 up to 300 in a 700 area, based on Exort. same for mana loss, but based on Wex. The speed of the detonation is 4 seconds, down to 2 on max Wex. This is a target point effect, you target a location and the charge builds up there.

This skills works well if you are facing spellcaster. Unfortunately, the detonate time will make this spell easy to dodge. Combine it with some disable or in a team battle.

WWQ - Tornado:

WWQ - Tornado

This is a long range fast moving semi-disable ability. It cyclones units in its path, then damages them when they land. Damage is from 175 to 350 based on Wex and Quas. Distance is from 700 to 3100 Wex based. Airtime is from 0.4 to 2.2 Quas based.

A great AoE disable with some nifty damage. Use it on fleeing targets, it has very long range.

QQW - Ghost Walk:

QQW - Ghost Walk

This is a wind walk variation. You become invisible, but you move slower. Enemy units near you move slower as well. The amount you are slowed by in wind walk is Wex based from 30% to 0% and the amount the enemies are slowed is Quas based from 10% to 40%.

Use this to slow down your enemies while your allies hit them. In the early game, this skills maybe your first choice to escape ganking.

QWE - Deafening Blast:

QWE - Deafening Blast

This is a line ability. A projectile flies and knockbacks units in its way, making them unable to attack for a period of time. Damage is Exort based, 40->280. Attack Silence duration is Wex based, from 1 to 4 seconds. Knockback duration is based on Quas, from 0.25 to 1.75. The attack silence effect starts after the knockback is done processing.

Very usefull skills for initiate and save your allies. The stun and the silence will give chance to kill before they use their spells.

QQE - Ice Wall:

QQE - Ice Wall

Slows based on Quas, not sure how meaningful numbers are here, it needs a visual test because of the way its implemented. Its basically the same as the old Ice Wall, except instead of making you crawl to a halt instantly at level 1, it now slows based on Quas level. The duration the icewall is alive is from 3 to 10 seconds. Deals 5->30 dps based on Exort.

The slow effect is huge and if you invest in Exort early game the damage isn't that bad either. Use it to escape from your chaser or even for chasing and ganking.

EEE - Sun Strike:
------------------

EEE - Sun Strike

Global cast range. Targets a 200 aoe area. Has 2 second cast delay. Deals aoe damage based on Exort from 75 to 450 damage. Spreads the damage over the number of units in the area.

Works like combined Zeus's ultimate and Mirana arrows. Always look on the map for a fleeing low hp enemy and aim this spell on their path.The 1.7 delay may make you miss some kills but with a bit of practice you'll get the hang of it.

QQQ - Cold Snap:

QQQ - Cold Snap

Single enemy target. This causes any damage dealt to the target to create a ministun effect (0.2). Duration is based on Quas, from 3 to 6 seconds. Triggers maximum once every .7/.65/.6/.55/.5/.45/.4 seconds. 1000 cast range. Deals 25 damage per freeze.

Use it when you're teaming with a fast atack speed hero or just want to stop a channeling spell.

Targets an allied unit. Gives a surge of attack speed for a brief period. Lasts 5 seconds. Gives 40/60/80/100/120/140/160

Melting Strike
Costs 40 Mana. This is an arrow effect. It has no cooldown. Upon impact on the target, lowers armor by 1. Stacks up to 10. Effect Lasts 5 seconds from the last sucessful melting strike hit. This hits heroes only. Starts off autocasted. It has 33% magic resistance. When Quas and Exort are maxed out, it spawns 2 instead.

The armor reduction will be a free Stygian for you. Use it with Ghost Walk or Cold Snap.

Summon Cooldown: 70
Summon Manacost: 200

Skills Build
Unlike the other heroes, Invoker skills build is unlimited. There is no best skill build. You can choose what are you want to be. It's all depends on your teams. If you want to deal huge damage, max out Exort. Want to support your team, get Quas. Want to be a DPS, grab Wex. But don't be greedy. If your skills build is not focused, you will likely gain nothing.

Wex/Exort
This build spins around maxing Wex and Exort early game. If you choose this build, you need some regeneration items to cover the missing Quas. You will got high damage early and attack speed-movement speed bonus from Wex. Best choice to make Invoker as DPS hero.

Quas/Wex
This build is based on maxing out Quas and Wex early on. You will got Tornado, Ice Wall and Cold Snap on your side. With so many disable, you can ganking easier. You won't have problems holding your lane since you'll achieve more regeneration with Quas.

Quas/Exort
The most common skills build. Quas ensure enough regeneration to keep you on your lane without any other items, while Exort gives you the posibility to last hit easier. This build also assures early access to Ice Wall to save you from chaser. If you are still not feel safe, get one point of Wex to access Ghost Walk.

Items Build
Invoker items build is really depends on your skill build. But basically, Invoker need mana regeneration and stats (since he doesn't have it). If you are going to be a DPS, get MKB. If you want to be a support, get Gynsoo and Shiva's Guard. You can cover stats and mana by getting Linken's. Still looking for the ideal build for him tough. Do you have any suggestion? Spells Combo

The biggest problem when you are using Invoker is the limit of the spell you can invoke. With 2 maximal invoke's spells, you must choose and combine the right spells for better result. For optimal result, invoke the 2 spells you want to use and then prepare your next orb combination. Therefore, after spend your spells, you can immediately Invoke another spells quickly. 4 spells combo is possible, but need a lot of practice.

Invoker Skills


Ice Wall/Emp
Anti caster combo. Sneak behind enemy lines with Ghost Walk and Ice Wall them then quickly Emp next to the wall. Creates confusion and limits their nuking posibilities.

Chaos Meteor/Defeaning Blast
Nuking combo, use the Deafening blast to keep your enemies under your meteor.

Cold Snap/Alcatry/Forged Spirits
Use this combo when you are teaming with some nuker/high atack speed hero. If you have MKB you'll see a lot of short stuns and the Forged Spirit acts like a Stygian Desolator ensuring that he'll feel hurt.

Tornado/Sun Strike
Cast Tornado and then cast Sun strike at the location when Tornado almost ends. Assures a high damage combo.

Cold Snap/Ice Wall/Tornado/EMP
Use it on ganking and chasing. Don't use them Tornado immediately after Ice Wall. Wait until the slow effect is gone and then whack them with it.

Tornado/Chaos Meteor/Def Blast/EMP
Another Nuking Combo. Use meteor just after the effect of tornado is off, follow swiftly with Defeaning Blast. Need some practice to do it quickly.

Cold Snap/Ghost Walk/Forged Spirits
Use your Ghost Walk to keep your spirits landing some nice hits. Works great when you have Radiance and you already cast Cold Snap on the target.
